Modern medicine denying the fact that the prime God reason for drugs is recreation and the fact that they are also useful medically is incidental self destructs the most blatantly with ketamine as an anesthetic. You're so bright eyed cheery and innocent, looking at the evil drugs thinking you can just take them, you can just take them from our world and place them within your world and as long as you follow the traditional scientific path of studying them from outside the drugs experience and drugs mindset within a state of complete and total denial mocking all information you find as crazy crazy stupid information and properly labelling it, they become a perfectly normal fit within your world.
Yes. Yes it is an incredibly effective anesthesia. Yes it is that's why us drug people love it.

Now, in the world labeled drug people these things are labeled a k-hole. However now we are in the world labeled medicine, and within the medicine label these things are labeled dissociative dreams. This drug has the label psychedelic in it, usually us scientific types are supposed to be horrified and smug and self confident at that label, however we have it figured out, it goes dreamy hallucinations. That's all it really is, psychedelic drugs put you in like some sort of dreamy hallucinatory state it's nothing to drown in your pool over.
Okay, well, great. Now, as the first person in history who actually knows what happens inside of the world of drugs who will ever be listened to for a second by those outside of the world of drugs about what is inside the world of drugs because obviously they know full well what is inside the world of drugs and anybody who's ever actually experienced the inside of the world of drugs is an incredibly poor informant, in a moment I will tell you what happens within a k-hole. A k-hole. It's not a K-HOLE, though, that's the label for when you're being stupid with this kind of thing we do this stuff intelligently with a full understanding of what we're doing not like you people.
You don't ALWAYS dissociative dream though, that's not how it works. Yes it is, on a knockout dose you always k-hole, you gave them such a high dose they've hit the state of psychedelic overload and repressed the memory.
You are experiencing up to half a decade within twenty minutes. That means like time dilation in a dream, yes? There's no way it actually feels like five years. I am afraid it does. Now you're in your grave, looking up at everybody you've left behind and they're so desperately suicidially depressed and that makes you so happy. Here is everyone you've ever known, here is the interconnection, here is everything they think of you everything they know of you since the moment you were born, here is everything that is your true paranoia confirmation, demonstrated in the most exaggeratedly twisted I dispise you I hope you die manner possible. And now you are, you are dead, finally, that makes me so happy, I mean if there was anything I ever needed it was that. Be happy, it's finally over, you can start again, this is death, this is life. Get off to it. Nobody ever liked you anyway, nobody likes the stupid shit that comes out of your face. You know for real, were you defeated? Or did you defeat all of it? Doesn't matter, all of it is meaningless, all of it is going away, it'll never be remembered. Too bad you couldn't take anybody else out with you. And get off to it.
Every five or so minutes within (God language of determinism), you spark out of it for a blip and enter (God language of determinism) You're here for a month. This isn't your fault, the medical association should not be using this stuff, we agree, however I am afraid you now have no choice, this is what it does when you wish to erase yourself incorrectly.
95% of your awareness is within this, due to the nature of psychedelic drugs 5% of your awareness is within the out of body mind channel. It's the hippie secret, we've all taken enough psychedelic drugs to be fully conscious under the anesthesia receiving an ethereal glow psychedelic representation of what is happening. There's little or no pain, however you feel all of the tugging and pulling and what have you. Try to look it up, you'll receive three or four barriers of no, you'll receive a scientific explanation on how these chemicals actually work opposite, psychedelic drugs increase brain activity where as anesthesia decreases it so such a thing is impossible, there's emerging research that says maybe look into something that is most certainly not this, then there's all of the anecdotal reports of this happening in a uniform manner being analytically picked apart by the scientific minds that know what they're talking about and declare such things impossible, dumbass ignorant drugs hippies.
Also make sure not to tell the patient that if we accidentally hit an artery they will crystalize and cause a death three times more painful than being burned alive, that's an unnecessary awareness that would only cause fear.
They cover it up. They cover it up. They cover up the extent of the trauma experienced by about half of the patients who underwent ketamine anesthesia. If we told people what happens it would look like we don't know what we're doing, then we'd have to stop doing it, why would we stop doing it when we obviously know what we're doing it's so effective.
